"Since the COVID-19 outbreak and the increase in network and internet consumption, we have been forced to bring forward upgrade plans for our entire infrastructure. In the coming months you may experience some service drops due to equipment replacement at towers and electrical changes. These will not be prolonged: we estimate a minimum of 5 minutes and a maximum of one hour for energy upgrades.
